How we started
After nearly a decade at Google working with 1,000+ ad accounts and partnering with hundreds of agencies of every size, I saw the same issues again and again. Agencies chasing spend, avoiding accountability, and doing what was easy instead of what was right for the client.
So I started Profit Mill to do things differently.
I built this agency to be the kind of partner I always wished I saw more of: honest, hands-on, and focused on outcomes that actually matter. That means:

Peter spent 8 years at Google managing 1,000+ accounts, ranging from first-time startup launches to $50M/year global ad spends for brands like Air Canada and Four Seasons.
At Profit Mill, he leads the team with a performance-first mindset, focusing exclusively on turning paid ads spend into measurable, profitable growth.
When he isn't focusing on his team, Peter is likely traveling with his wife and toddler—taking full advantage of the remote-work lifestyle to spend extended time on either coast.
